Dear Lobo Families,

Lobo PTA is currently looking for volunteers for our Executive Board and the many Chair positions for the 2010/11 school year.    We are looking for a PTA President, PTA Vice President, PTA Treasurer and PTA Secretary on the Executive Board.   Please don't limit your success based on another's opinion about a position - we all bring something different to the table - that is why we have term limits so the Lobo PTA has an opportunity to evolve and become better with each passing year. The future of PTA is in the hands of our Lobo community.  If we do not have these positions filled, it will be hard to have a PTA.

We are set to "slate" your new Board for next year - we just need those individuals to step up!!! Ideally, we would like to start "mentoring" prior to the start of the new school year.   This will hopefully lend to a smoother transition as the 2010/11 school year begins

We are a school community that pulls together and I know that there is a lot of talent within our school body that maybe isn't realized - would you help us as we look to filling these positions? If you know of someone or if you want the awesome opportunity to make a difference in the life of your child(ren) and all the children at Lobo, you can accomplish that through PTA.   Please contact our Nominating Chair, Lyn Hiner at workfarm@cox.net for more information.

See you on campus!
